Signup and ID checks never happen in these files

These files do not open player accounts. A signup, a deposit and the identity check happen on the casino run by Fresh Horizons Limited. Nothing on this page sends those details out of the folder. There is no password field here, no player database, and no copy of a document. Buttons that look like a lobby stay on this guide. They do not hand a session to the casino.

What sits on this side

The pages are files, not an account system. There is no player database behind them, and this guide does not ask for a name, an email, a card, or an identity document. A host can still keep ordinary request logs: the IP address, the browser, and the page that was asked for. Those logs are for keeping the site available and for spotting abuse. They are not a Casino Action player record, and they are not joined here to a cashier. This page does not name an advertising network or a tag manager, because none is built into these files. Buttons that look like a lobby do not leave this guide. They stay on the page. If you follow a link that is only text, such as a jump from the slots page to the bonus page, that is still a file on this same guide.

What the casino holds if you register there

On the casino site the form takes the details it asks for, including the email, and later the payment method. A signup write-up says the email is confirmed from a link the casino sends. One review of the form says it also asks for occupation, and a published sequence includes a deposit limit and the responsible-gambling notices. Before a cash-out it asks for identity documents. The lobby can be viewed before that file. The first payout cannot. That record belongs to Fresh Horizons Limited, not to this guide. A request to see it, correct it or close the account goes to the casino's help, which reviews describe as live chat and email. This guide cannot see the account, reset a password, or delete a document it never received. One account per person is a casino rule described in reviews. It is not something these files enforce.

The Canadian rules

Private-sector organisations in Canada handle personal information under PIPEDA. A province can add its own statute on top of that federal law, so the path in Alberta, British Columbia or Quebec can differ from the federal one. You can ask an organisation what it holds and ask it to fix a mistake. Ask the organisation that actually holds the record. For a player account that is Fresh Horizons Limited, through the help channel the casino publishes. For a request log on this guide, that is the host of these files, and only to the extent a log exists. If you believe an organisation ignored that duty, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada explains the complaint path at priv.gc.ca. A complaint about a casino account is not filed by filling in a form on this guide, because this guide has no form.
